I check my KD-55XE9305 for the new v6.6520 update, but it says my system is up to date but my current software is 6.5629. Anyone else got the same issue, or knows what is going on with the rollout?

I would try Sony UK Support

I have had v6.6520 for ages on my KD-55XE9305, but then again I updated via USB on the day it was released.
