Sound interruption, a blip quite frequently

On my KD49XD8305, I get a frequent drop down bar at the top of the screen which says “ HDMI Dolby 3280 x 2160 which co-insides with a blip in the programme? Programmes play through my Sky Q box

Can ideas?

HI,

This is quite normal, it's called an Info Banner and it comes up when the TV detects a change in the signal. You can turn it off by going to:

Settings -Channel setup - Info Banner - Off
