After Oreo update I’ve lost TV guide? HELP!

Hi. I’m new here so hello to everyone.

a few days ago I updated my 2019 Sony Bravia TV and since have lost the inbuilt TV guide?

My TV is connected to BT you view and I have the guide for that but it’s slow cumbersome and doesn’t give all the info that the inbuilt guide gives?

Ive tried countless times to rescan but I constantly get “ no channels found” ?
As a last resort I carried out a factory reset but to no avail??

Could someone please help? Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.

Think if you want the normal sony tv guide you need to have youview turned off, but don't think that changed with oreo. Did you have youview turned off and have enabled it with the upgrade?
