Sony Bravia TV Not Reading USB Stick

At my wits end with this one.

I've recently backed up some photo's onto Verbatim USB stick and wanted to show them on our Sony Bravia TV. I've tested it in my Toshiba TV and every laptop in the house, works fine. But it will not for the life of me work on the Sony TV. I've read all the forums, all the help sites, reformatted in FAT32, exFAT and NTFS nothing works.

It does show on the internal storage settings "Verbatim USB ejected" repeatedly when I put it in (of which I've tried every port) so it is aware there is a USB storage device but just won't show anything else.

Any help greatly appreciated!
