topic FreeSat & Sony Bravia Signal Issue in Android TV

Hi All

Currently trying to solve an odd problem:

Existing set up is an LG Screen with Humax HDR-1100S Freesat Box simply running through the HDMI input, all works fine.

Plugged the box into the new Sony 43X309C screen and both "Signal" and "Quality" are at 0%, plug straight back into the LG screen and all is ok. Anybody have any suggestions on this one? Recorded content all plays fine!

See the video below which helps show the issue, but a bit of a strange one.

Hi there

Can I assume that you are using the same cables and aerial point that you used with your LG TV to the Sony TV?

If so, it is indeed weird. A suggestion though is to try and move the aerial cable as far away from the HDMI cable as possible.

Also try doing a 'dead test' by removing everything from the TV (i.e. bluray players etc) and also the power cables. So you litterally only have the TV and Freesat box connected. Just trying to determine if there is any electrical interference from something else.

Cheers
