When I change from regular TV show to shows in the apps, the dialogue from the regular TV show is still heard along with the dialogue of the app show that I am watching. How do I tune out the dialogue of the regular TV show? I would think that by changing from regular TV show to another show on an app then the regular TV show will shut off. Any suggestions?

Hi @busin12000 Clearly this is a glitch. I would start with a soft reboot (hold down the remote power button until it prompts you to restart). If that doesn’t work I would try a full factory reset.
