KD-49XG9005 stuck on BBC iPlayer logo

Hi,

We just tried to access BBC, iPlayer but it didn't load properly and now our TV is stuck on the BBC iPlayer logo.

It won't do anything else.

I help the power button down to try and force a re-set but that didn't work.

I then unplugged it from the mains, it went through the Android boot up screen, but then went straight back to the BBC iPlayer logo.

If anyone has any suggestions we would be very grateful.

Hi @Pebbleridge If all else fails, you could try a factory reset using the buttons on the TV.

Many thanks LightFoot, factory reset has fixed it.

Just got to set things back up again 😁
