Issues with Xperia Keyboard and Walkman

Hello,

Its just been 9 days that I brought my Sony Xperia C3 Dual In India. The device has already started lagging.

There are 3 main problems I am facing-

1. Whenever I exit from an app, the transition to home screen is slow and even when we click on the App Drawer button.

2. The Xperia Keyboard lags when using in Chrome, Facebook, Snapchat. It sometimes takes about 7-10 secs to pop up after I have clicked on the text box. This is happening since I updated the Xperia Kepboard App. And this is really irritating.

3. Whenever playing music using earphones, the songs stop playing and the Walkman App freezes. I need to close the App completely and start again. It has already happened a few times even when there are no Apps running in the background. (There is no 3rd party app killer on the phone)

I really love Sony's smartphones but was not expecting this. Please help.

I faced these three problems too. My suggestion is:

+ reset the phone at least once every two days,

+ disable all unnecessary pre-installed apps, (I even disable all default widgets, and use apex instead of the stock launcher)

+ disable walkman and use a 3rd party music player - it is funny that my Jetaudio freezes sometimes, too - but after I disable walkman, it works smoothly.

Hope Sony can improve the software issues in this phone...

Hi,
I am also facing issue in walkman.I have upgraded the application to 8.4.A.5.4. But it stops abruptly in the middle of song. Sony is famous for audio clarity as well as clarity so this type of situation is not expected.
Kindly help.

Same issue of slow processing
Lags in processing, the walkman n movie apps provided by sony abruptly stop... Keyboard takes too much time to finally pop up... Frequently hanging.... Your back tap feature for taking selfies is so hard to actually find n use... Sony is known for built quality but my body has started to show cracking within few months... Really disappointed with sony!

Neha123 you should post these issues on app update section of support forum since they are common app issues but transition to home could be fixed by reseting or repairing it with pm companion
