    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello sony services.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm using my Xperia sony C3 device and its now updated or refresh yesterday from sony pc companion. Issue is if i connect to any wifi connection than it'll connect only 5-10 second than do not take a uploading or connection speed like is not connected. By the way showing is connected but not using data or using in browser. Please solve it . Please&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

If it does, is it only the web browser that stops loading pages and does YouTube streaming and so forth continue to work?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If you haven't tried restarting the device in &lt;A href="https://community.sony.co.uk/t5/FAQ/How-to-boot-your-phone-into-safe-mode/m-p/348008" target="_self"&gt;safe mode&lt;/A&gt;, please do and let me know how it goes.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
