What code are you looking for, is it the one to unlock a network lock on your device? This code can only be provided by the operator that locked the device.

Before you enter the code, make sure that you have unlocking attempts left and you can check this if you open up the application called "Phone" > use the dial pad to type in *#*#7378423#*#* > Service info > SIM lock. Check the number to the right of where it says [X] Network, is this at 0?

I have tried to unlock with my imei but i'ts not working. Do you have another tip?

Hi @Mothejo, welcome to our forum!

The IMEI is not the code you should enter. The code that you should enter to remove a network lock is called NUC (Network unlocking code). It's 16 digits and can only be provided by your operator.
