Hey my Touch Screen Stopped Working

Hey Guys,

Today morning, suddenly my NEO was really HOT, near the camera, and my touch screen was not working. I could not switch it off since the touch screen was not operating so had to pull the battery out. I let it cool down and then restarted it again. The apps everything seem to work fine, since when i press the headset button the music plays, the touch screen is not working.

Please HELPppppppppppppppp

try repairing the firmware with Update Service

download and install Update Service on your computer

run it select your phone, and wait for it to ask you to connect your phone on FLASH MODE

Flash Mode = turn off yor phone, take out the battery, put it back in, press and hold the BACK button, while still holding the back button connect the USB cable, keep holding the back button untill Update Service tells you otherwise

well at this point you don't know if its 1) software 2) hardware 3) software & hardware issue, that's why if you repair your software/firmware and the problem persist you know for sure its your digitizer

Nope NO updates working had to return my Xperia NEO for repairs.

Will be getting it back NEW or repaired

Hey i got back NEW Xperia NEO. The problem stated by the Service center was,

Basicly this means that there was a hardware issue with the main board and that they have replaced it.

They said that the Device was dropped. It seems that there is some serious device hardware problem, and i hope i do not get similar problem in my new Device.
