Incoming calls missing + on contry code

Hi.

My recently aquired Sony Xperia XA Ultra receives calls from unlisted callers, but in the list of received calls they get listed with the country code (47) in front of the phone numbers, but does not have the traditional + sign in front of the country code.

To give you an example I received several calls yesterday and they are listed like this:

4701234567

Normally I would expect the number that called me listed as

+4701234567

That way I can press it and call back right away. As it is now this doesn't work, and most often I get the phone company auto-answering that says this number is not in use.

Some setting to correct this deeply hidden in the Xperia menus?

Did you tried to connect with your operator? I have similar problem when i couldn't call to nobody, from the contact list of my address book, everytime siad that number is not in use, so i connected with my operator and they solved this problem. It can be problem of your operator, maybe something like network problems and ect By the way before you connect to operator you can try to add your sim card in other device and to check is the same problem or in other device everything working fine
