Mobile Data Connection

My phone isn't even a day old and it isn't connecting to my service providers mobile data network, I can call and text but can't use the internet. I've tried all trouble shooting methods on the support pages and still nothing.

Not sure what to try next.

Mt phone didn't come with any, although I have tried entering them myself with no luck so far.

Nothing shows up saying internet settings, only mobile network, vpn, hotspot/tethering and data usage

Call your carrier and get them to send you a APN configuration SMS

Hi @XA10,

Welcome to the community.

Some operator firmware versions disable the "Internet settings" option for some reason. You will have to manually add the APNs for your network for data to work.

You can add them under Settings > More > Mobile data > Access point names.

Contact your network provider or look at their website to get the correct settings.

Thanks for the help guys! I ended up putting in the settings manually, but had to copy from my old android device. Even my service provider gave me the wrong settings
