The first is your wifi connection working on others devices? Second can you see the list of wifi connection yours wifi name?

Settings - WI-FI - turn on it - See your wifi name? What's happen when you trying to connect?

I'm sorry to hear about that.

Are you trying to connect your phone to a public or private Wi-Fi network? If it is a private network you will need the password for the specific network in order to connect to it and to use it.

When you are trying to connect to the network do you get any error messages? If you are, go to Settings > Wi-Fi > tap on the network > Forget, wait for the network to show up in the list again > tap on it and enter the password.

You can mark the little box just below the password to be able to see what you are typing in the password field to make it easier!

If there is no change, could you try connecting to another Wi-Fi network and see if you experience the same behaviour?

It is not connecting ro any of the network. Please let me know what I can do

Is there any error message shown when you are trying to connect to these networks? For example, authentication error?

Could you please rebooting your phone in safe mode and see if you are able to connect to any of these networks when third party applications aren't loaded?
