Can't upload data from my iPhone 5

I've tried to transfer the data by hard wire and the iCloud but neither method is working currently.

When I try to use the USB host cable (genuine Sony wire and Apple wires, not a copies), my iPhone goes crazy as if it has just been re-plugged in every half second. It buzzes or bleeps all over the place and the XA just can't see the iPhone.

When I try the iCloud, my password isn't recognised. I've reset my Apple ID password and this still hasn't helped. I don't currently have family sharing activated and my payment card has expired so I'll update these and see if this works.

Has anyone else recently had issues like this or does anyone know how to solve?

I've updated my Apple ID payment details and have allowed family sharing on my iPhone 5, I'll see if this makes a difference when I try to transfer data again later today.

@cmawp,

It's tricky with iPhone as the operating systems differ greatly. Let me know how you got on with allowing sharing.
