Hi, it use to be download music information by powered or something like this. But now its gone.

The Gracenote service that was used to fetch this information was removed from the Music app in early February, 2020.

You will no longer be able to download information from Gracenote. The information that will no longer be available includes Title/Artist name/Album name/Jacket photo.

I hope that answers your question to why it's gone!

Why this function was removed ?? Will it return in future updates ?

It was a very useful function, I used it a lot, it's one of the reasons I used Sony Xperia phones during years, I'm very disappointed of this remove.
