At first I bought Xperia M5 dual, but that was a fully faulty device! And at last that got dead! Then After the harrassment of 3 months Sony Center replaced me a brand new Xperia XA ultra.
I'm using it for 13 days till now, I'm facing problem with Network signal! It can't catch the network tower properly! Where other mobile do that with same network operator at the same position with full tower! Always signal bar is just like a dot! Never full! Nither 2 nor 3 bars at least! What the Sony! I'm from Kolkata, and I'm using AirTel sim. Already took a new nano Sim, so no problem from sim or network!
Now help me guys... Plz. What can i do....
Thanks in advance

I have the same problem. there is facebook groups and youtube video test about that problem. xa ultra can not collect signal at stable level. Speaking quality is low. eco while speaking or your voice does not go other side. I can speak with my wifes lg g2 but at same place but my xa ultra can not with same sim card. I tested with other sim card problem is same. my friends and i unhappy about this phone model. also my mum angry to me because she cant call me because my xa ultra can not collect tower signal. I will send my phone to service. but many xa ulta users at turkey says Turkey distributor sending back to user again and saying this problem is normal for xa ultra. I will try to send to sony service and i will write their answer to here. But if they will say this signal problem normal for xa ultra, i will buy a new phone from a trusted brand.

Same problem here in Bulgaria. I've read a massive forum on this issue on here: https://forum.xda-developers.com/xa-ultra/help/cell-connectivity-completely-drops-t3430470/page3#post70628680
Cant believe Sony's not acted upon thus horrible flaw yet. Other than that and the massive battery drain, that pisses me off..... the device is amazing. I'm so returning it back though if I don't see an update fixing this issue soon. This is ridiculous, didn't expect it from Sony. Already got a replacement on this phone and the new device has the exact same issue. Ridiculous.
