Hi Ravi77,

Have you made sure that the Samsung TV has Miracast functions? If you are unsure it is best to contact Samsung directly to find out.

When i press start button than my tv show loading and than my phone show screen mirroring off and tv show disconnected

I've been trying to get the screen mirroring function to work. The phone detects the TV, and the TV says the phone is connected - but then the phone says something to the effect of 'starting screen mirroring' - it comes up with text that seems to indicate that the pairing has initialized, and a split second later you see a message saying screen sharing has ended on both the TV and the phone. It does not actually display the screen for even a second before disconnecting.

Which TV model is it that you have?

Have you checked if your TV is updated to the latest available software? If it isn't I suggest that you update it and then test this again.

My tv is up to date and online customer care suggest me that you repier ur software I repier my software but after that problem is same I go service centre but problem is same my screen mirroring is not working so now my question is that can Sony exchange my phone or not.

Any xperia xa user connect there's phone to tv with screen mirroring option if not so can u ples chak. Because i m tired to connect my phone with tv using screen mirroring option. I also go services canter they no solve my problem.

Me too facing the exact problem regarding screen mirroring with Samsung 32j4300. My Xperia. M used to work perfectly fine when I used to mirror its screen. But this is not the case with my XA DUAL... Please fix this.. I think it's a software issue from Sony. Please update it

I have the exact problem my cousin's xperia m4 screen mirror works perfectly fine with my Samsung j3404 tv. Also his girlfiend's xperia mirrors good as well as my tablet. But why can't my xa mirror at all. It keeps saying that screen mirror is off after loading for a few minutes. This is indeed a software issue. Please fix this as soon as possible. It's already been months now since i bought this phone and the screen mirror still cannot work.

If any one solve this problem than please reply me and one more thing is that when i try wifi direct option and try cast option in album app its work ok but not 100% work some time casting also disconnected after 1 hr but it's ok

I have sony bravia w56d series tv. When I connect my XA ultra dual phone through screen mirroring, screen freezing and sound freezing problem with in 15 to 30 seconds continuously from only 6 to 7 feet distance. This problem increase after update 36.0.b.2.146 and previous software of mobile, this problem was available but presenty increased. Please resolve immediately.
