I Would like to remove favorites contacts from calls screen. Box candidature i do it ?

Hi @Silvia7,

Are you referring to the top contacts that are shown above your call log? Like in the picture below.

These can't be edited and it will show your most contacted numbers.

Please let me know if I misunderstood your question!

Its right that ! I Would like to have at same place my favorites contacts ! Also i have no sound of entry calls... 😥

Hello again!

I'm afraid that there is no such option in Android 6.0. In Android 7.0 that your device will updated to it looks a bit different in the phone application and should suit you a lot better since there is a tab for favorite contacts!

Do you receive sound for other notifications, such as text messages and from other applications?

If it's only the ring tone that you can't hear I would recommend that you go in to Settings > Sound & notification > Ring volume, can you increase it in here?

If it's greyed out, the do not disturb mode may be enabled in your phone. Try pressing the volume up button.
