XA Ultra problem with pattern

my XA Ultra doesn't recognise my pattern i'm 100% sure that is correct i've been using this pattern for months.Now my phone is locked.How can i reset it,tried with pc companion but doesn't work gives me message first to unlock the device.

You can run a software repair on your device. It will not work with PC Companion, so please follow the steps here to do it with Xperia Companion:

tried but no luck after step 5 which is Wait until the application automatically proceeds to the next step it gives me screen Unlock the pattern first phone is locked

In order to initiate the software repair your phone needs to be powered off. Make sure you shut down your phone before you start.
