Ear speaker addational crackling sounds during calls

My New xperia XA have a problem of making noisy crackling sounds coming from the ear speaker during making calls. I run diagnostics for the ear speaker and I found it working well. So where is the problem So I can fix it thanks in advance

Test the phone in >>> safe mode but it could be network related.

Hi @Omar16,

I'm sorry to hear about your phone.

Have you had the time to try your phone in safe mode that @uliwooly recommended? If so, did you experience the same behaviour when making a phone call?

If you did, I would recommend that you change the preferred network type in your phone and see if you are able to hear the noise when making a call with GSM only.

Go to Settings > More > Mobile networks > Preferred network type > GSM Only > make a few calls and see if there is the same noise or not.
