Cant start phone after hard reset - forgot Gmail acount!

After a hard reset due to software failure and a pc companion repair i dont have the initial gmail acount because i created it only to start the phone . How can i bypass the google acount to create a new one or just start the device? I have the box with the serial numbers and receipt (4month mobile).

If you reset the password, that could work. However you need to wait 72 hours for the new password to kick in.

That was quick.. what do you mean reset the password... i dont have any email acount or password.

You need the previous gmail account to access the device, I think that's a security measure. But don't you remember any details at all?

I am sorry to hear about the device protection lock.

You will need the email account that was added to this device to gain access to it. If you do not remember what these details are, then you will need to have the device sent through to a service agent for them to remove it.
