Turning On Hotspot Causes Device to Restart

I tried turning on my hotspot, but it wouldn't work. And when I was pressing on the hotspot icon for about the fourth time, my phone restarted itself. Is there a reason why this happened?

I'm using XA Ultra Dual Sim btw.

Welcome to the forum!

For how long has this been happening with your phone? Have you noticed if it was after something specific that this happened? Do you have any other SIM-card that you could try with your phone? It's also worth testing trading places with the SIM-cards if you are using two of them in your Xperia XA Ultra Dual.

I would also recommend that you reboot your phone to safe mode to see if there is any change.
