Problems with network signal and battery

I got the phone exactly 3 months ago and here are the issues:

1. Network signal strength is very unstable

2. The battery needs to be changed after only 3 months of use

3. The sim and memory cards protective lid is so weak, that I had to buy a protective cover to protect it.

Overall after 3 months of using and trying to get used to this low quality product, I really want to get another phone.

Hi @Agouda00, welcome to the community.

I am sorry to hear about the issues you are facing

If the network is unstable, your battery will drain quicker as it is constantly reconnecting to the network. Check with your network, and try another SIM card, just in case.

@CameronT I just noticed that the op was talking about changing the Battery, not charging it...

@Agouda00 did you have the battery changed by Sony local support under warranty?
