Phone not working

Please help me. I have purchased Sony Ericsson Naite 6 months back and it is giving me problem every week, I get it rectified from authorised Sony Ericsson Center, but the phone will work fine only for 2 or 3 days I have visited the Service Center about 10-15 times till now, they have also replaced the motherboard twice. Nothing seems to workout. Please tell me whom to ask for replacement, the dealer or the manufacturer? What should I do if the dealer refuses to give replacement.

After so many visits to the service centre to no avail, the dealer should now replace the handset; otherwise contact SE for advice.

you didn't say what kind of problem?

if its calling or drop calls, it could possibility network coverage, network congestion, not enough bandwidth and these are infrastructure problem.

I deduce it from your comment that it works 2 or 3 days , then it don't work.

Any more clues?
