? After reset missing icons folder ?

Hey Forum! After we resetted my w 580 i phone today the folder Icons which was located in pictures is missing. As far as I remember it was there by default and I had used the pics with different faces for my contacts. Is there any possibility to get back these files? I would really appreciate.

If this folder was part of the original software, it should be restored if you run the SE Update service on your phone: select to re-install even if you have the latest software.

Are you sure that the folder was default one? All custom made folders get deleted on reset.

You know, I am not really sure, I thought so and I cannot remember that I had downloaded some of these icon pics. Still all my settings were gone as well such as short dial numbers or special ringtones to certain contacts. I have to say, I dislike this. Why can't the personal settings stay? At worst, the basic problem why we tried the reset is not solved neither. My camera stopped working and whenever I coincidently push the up-button my phone is hanging and I have to take out the battery in order to be able to restart it.
