Clock not updating

Hi Support,

I have problem in my sony experia M.

Problem is the clock is not updating when mobile is in sleep mode.

Due to this i am facing Alarm issue also.

Kindly look into this.

When you say sleep mode? do you mean when the phone is off? if you shut down the phone the alarm won't work, not the Xperia M or any Android for that matter.

I mean to say that mobile is in lock state.

and the clock will be when you press the power key ?

Yes, it refreshs after the unlock.

Hi Vivek,

When you press the lock key on your device to prompt an unlock does the time suddenly change?

So:

Device is locked

when key pressed to unlock time is changed very quickly to the correct time.
