I have the usual mic problem where callers can not hear you speaking clearly, but hey no problem. HOWEVER I have sent it twice for repair and still exaxtly the same problem ..... Do the repair team not bother to TEST the phones before they are sent out???? obviously NOT!

The second time I even included a BIG sign telling them to test before despatching, I even called them to confirm thas had been done and yes they they even advise me it was tested, like hell it had been.

I have totally lost faith in sonys repair service .... SHOCKING SERVICE !!!

ps During the many calls to both the call centre or repair centre not one person apologised.

Sorry to hear of the issue you have had Richard, I'm afraid all I would be able to advise would be to send the phone to our repair centre so that this can be re-examined. Repair details can be obtained by contacting your local support team directly. You can find contact details here: http://www.sonymobile.com/global-en/support/contact-us/

hi, i am having exact same prob - just received phone back from second repair - absolutely no difference at all - how do they check phone\? nobody can hear me - easy to check using service menu tests - clear that primary microphone barely making any noise - secondary microphone working perfectly. very frustrated - is there any point of sending phone for 3rd visit? i have used sony for years - never changed - but getting to point of wanting to going with another brand now - very dissappointed
