Problem in updating

When I update my phone LT15i and after the software installation it says to restart the cell and press back key. I tried 10 times but after selecting to memory mode nothing happens.

Turn off the phone > press and hold the Back key > do NOT release the back key > while holding the key connect the USB cable > keep holding the back key

Try a different PC and/or usb port, also make sure to use a Sony cable
