Let me say first of all that I am not a complainer as a rule, but I am a very unhappy chappy. I possess two Sony Smart watches. Two because the first failed to charge beyond the first time. Being a non complainer I ordered a second watch hoping for the best. The second watch is a repeat of the first watch, it never indicated that it had a full charge. On several occasions the watches have died only to come back to life the next day. On the last occasion they both died dead. I have tried everything. I have read other reviews, people say that the cable does not quite make contact. Certainly I have never seen a full charge indicated. I won't be returning the watches. I live in Venezuela and return is just too much hassle. I haven't covered all the faults. Will I buy Sony Smart watch 2? Yes I will. Having said all that. Amazon have behaved perfectly with offer to refund. The shop Smart shop Online equally were prompt and very helpful. Indeed concerned that I had a problem. Sad about Sony less than one star for a product very below their usual standard. For the software, hurried and ill put together. I hope they take a leaf out of the book of one of their contributing apps, a company called 'Augmented', this is what Sony's software should have been. Two dead watches. I await delivery from Italy of an I'm Watch. Better luck next time

Sorry to hear that both your watches doesn't start.

First try cleaning the charging points and then let them charge over night a see if they start. If that doesn't help, try reinstalling the firmware in them using a PC and Update Service: http://www.sonymobile.com/global-en/tools/update%20service/.

If the watches doesn't work after that i can only suggest that you contact the dealer for a refund or a service location to have them repaired/replaced.

Hi.. I have a sony smartwatch and sync it first with an android phone of my friend because i dont own one before.. It did synced and used it only as a watch but when battery ran out no time was displayed.i couldnt use it at all.. Now i have a samsung phone and tried to sync it .. It wont sync or even recognized on my phone.. Please help me thanks
