      <description>I can't text an Irish mobile no. They start with 08 and after adding 00353 or+353 I get a message saying cant txt an 08 number&lt;BR /&gt;I can call them using either but not text.&lt;BR /&gt;Any help&lt;BR /&gt;Abbeygirl</description>
