Got my smart watch 2 and started having issues with it straight away , it kept freezing and the backlight woudl dim, i would have to reset it and now it wont turn on at all?

what can i do? anyone else had these issues?

I have not seen this issue with my SW2, try this, connect your phone to a wall charger (instead of a PC) > press and hold power > let it charge for 10minutes or so > unplug it > try to turn it back on

If that doesn't work, you might have to take it back to the store or a Sony repair center

i tried the method you recommended and the watch is pretty much dead, doesnt respond or turn on.

i guess i will have to take it back to the sony shop and see what they say.

i left it for charge over night but its still not turning on, so im returning it and hopefully getting it exchanged.

I Think Sony’s SmartWatch 2 with better software and strives to outdo its rivals, you could see details from here.

SW2 not usable on my Optimus G Pro.....hung on the installing of the SW2 software and freezes my phone...Taking it back today!
