Headphone problems

Hello @ all,

I have an issue with my head phone in xperia Z1

The problem is :

When i wanna use my headphone with the Xperia, i can just hear the sound with the right side of the headphone speakers , Whe I use another headphone, it works.

Does my phone have a hardware problem or it's just a software problem or setting ?

Since it works fine with another pair of headphone I don't think there is a fault with your device more related to the headphone that only have sound in one ear.

But if you still suspect that there is a fault with your unit you should contact your local support team to get information about how you should proceed in this case:
