      <description>&lt;P&gt;i am xperia go user..i have a big problem ,,my phone got freeze when i try to answer a call,,,its happen when i upgrade to JB,,&lt;BR /&gt;for your information i was fix my phone using update service and its work for a while and the problem happen again after a week,,&lt;BR /&gt;plz i really love this phone&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;If it works fine when the phone is in safe mode there is a third party application that is causing the problem. I suggest you take a look at your downloaded applications to see if you can determine which app that is causing the problem.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Go to Settings &amp;gt; Apps &amp;gt; And you will end up on the tab "Downloaded".&lt;/P&gt;</description>
