      <description>&lt;P&gt;Dear,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I bought one smartwatch in Sony store and after 2 week it doesn't start. Nothing appears in the touch. I left to charge for 4 hours to 6 hours.&amp;nbsp; It worked for 10 days only.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I live in Brazil and I dont have support - guarantee in Brazil.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Please, Could you tell me what are the possible cause of the problems?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&amp;nbsp;Updates of the software or battery?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
