Hi,

I recently sent away my sony xperia go away as it would not turn on or charge. The issue was it needed a software update.

The phone was reset in the process and is now working fine but before i sent it in it was network unlocked and now it is locked and the O2 unlock code will not work. I was wondering is there anyway to get a factory unlock code

There isn't one, you have to contact the network directly, if its locked to O2 contact them, if its vodafone then vodafone, etc. Sony does not provide this codes

You can get the permanent unlock code for your Sony Experia Go phone from Unlock-Zone.com and unlock your phone from Network lock permanently.
