Error! Camera not Available!

After an update from 15.2.A.1.17 to 15.2.A.2.5 my phoone getting hanged while trying to open the camera. tried reset to factory settings ,but after resting it working only once and again it repeats same error that "Camera Servies Is Not Available". What to do? I bought the phone only 2 weeks back.....

Sry i did every thing u said but it is not working!!!! I am very upset with this phone.
