ouch that didn't sound good well i dont think there is a way to repair it now when a car has ran over your phone and squished it completely 😕 that means motherboard, and much more inside has been crushed which means your phone is fully dead 😕 only way now is to buy a new one.

if it flashes red it either is dead battery or an error signal from motherboard that phone is unable to start so red light flashes to show error sign from motherboard, so just because it flashes red desent meant motherboard is fine.
