      <description>&lt;P&gt;I suggest that you try to clear data for Walkman app and check if it helps.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Settings &amp;gt; App's &amp;gt; All &amp;gt; Walkman &amp;gt; Clear data.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thanks, but before I proceed,&amp;nbsp;the issue also exists when I go to the Playstation Mobile App. I get a similar message "A connection to the server cannot be established - 80081077). This looks like a wider issue with my phone's conenctivity. Is there a way I can reconnect to the server?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>
