topic Xperia S dead in XPERIA archive

Last night I had my phone on my charger as usual but today when I woke up I could not turn my phone on. I tried the power button + volume up trick but that didn't work. Also it can't be that the battery is completely dead because my phone was at like 70% before I put it on the charger. My phone does have some damage though from a fall that occurred a month ago or something so maybe it was something to do with that?
Does anyone know what could be the problem?

Hard to tell, you will have to open up the phone and check if the ribbons are loose, or something else, take it to a Sony repair center
