    <description>&lt;P&gt;When i purchased new Xperia J at that time I am able to change the songs as walkmen keys shows on lock screen (lock by pattern) but now few days back i have observed that the walkmen keys are not showing and i have checked all the setting. So can any body please help me out and tell me the solution.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Do you use a downloaded home screen or lock screen? If not, try this. A lot of weird problems tend to resolve with clearing data. Go to&amp;nbsp;Settings--Apps--All--Walkman--Clear data. This will delete all your settings for the app, but not the playlists or the song files themselves, but you may back up your playlists first if you have a lot of them and want to be just careful:&amp;nbsp;&lt;A target="_blank" href="http://mediago.sony.com/enu/tips/transferring-playlists-between-devices" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer"&gt;http://mediago.sony.com/enu/tips/transferring-playlists-between-devices&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Reboot your phone. See if problem persists.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
