It's known bug of 15.3.A.0.26. it is fixed in new Firmware 15.3.A.1.12.

You can update your Phone with SUS or PCC.

If update not available in your country. Be patience

It's happen because your some apps in Internal storage. if you move them into phone so after restart app will not change their places.
