Sorry to hear, you could try to make a software repair on your Neo L via SUS to see if this can solve your problem:
http://www.sonymobile.com/global-en/tools/update-service/

But if the problem persist, you should take your phone to a service center or contact your local support team to get information how you should proceed in this case:
http://www.sonymobile.com/global-en/support/contact-us/contact-info/

Hi,

A month go I faced touch problem which was spreading to all corners of the screen. I moved to Sony Service Center and got it replaced with 4600rs.

It was good till now. From today, my display is giving problems. Completely blacked out but the phone is alive.

I couldn't see any screen or icons. I can attend call by touching the swipe but nothing else I can do.

What is the problem with this model.

I am terribly disappointed.

Sony have pushed me not to prescribe to any one for its mobile.

Please somebody tell me what really I need to do.
