Update problem - dead phone

Hi I never connected my phone to internet before now memory full and screen has now frozen can't open any files on my computer from phone or phone screen is all funny can't get pass 1st screen on phone have constant battle with my phone and have annoying talk back on my phone which i have no idea it got activated since that happened phone playing up. though if i plugged into pc i might be able to update it and save my photo album and contacts and sms messages but cant make head nor tail of phone files, half don't open.

how do i fix and update phon delete storage space as im pretty certain that reason why phone crashed as i ignored or cancelled updates to save storage space not realising i would loose everthing.

please help as cant do anything with phone. make calls read messages and ned some messages on phone as really important!!!

please advise???

forgt to add screen freezing can't access icons on screen like i tried just now and can't press install on phone to update an transfer as phone just frozen. have i lost all my media files and messages etc?

Repair your phone with SUS you might lose your contacts, sms, etc
