unable to insert contacts

I can't insert contact nubers o my phone.when I tried,it says "sim card full.could not add"

so I deleted some contacts.but problem occors on & on.

but, i removed sim card.then switch on the phone.It's unbelievable,same problem indicates,wihout sim card.

there is a another problem too.

in past,there is a "PHONE CONTACTS" button in filter->DISPLAY CONACTS. But now it shows only SIM CONTACTS.

plzzzz help me as soon as possible. i got lot of troubles bcoz this problems..................................

Adding to contacts and Creating new contacts are different. Adding means adding a second number to a contact that already exists. Not all sim cards support that function. Creating new contacts is what it just says - creating new ones fresh.

But if you only meant Creating contacts, then try this. First, make a safe backup of all your contacts: Import all sim contacts to your phone - Contacts--tap menu--Import--Sim card. Then Contacts--tap menu--Backup--External storage or internal storage. Then tap menu--Filter--Phone contacts--All contacts. Then you can create new contacts to be stored in phone. After you do that, backup all your phone contacts to sim card: Contacts--menu--Backup--Sim card and choose Replace all contacts.

I mean about creating new (fresh) contacts. I backup contacts to the phone memory & restarted phone. But, Still I can't create new contacts . In filter->DISPLAY CONTACTS,doen't indicate "PHONE CONTACTS”. Only show "SIM CONTACTS" button.

Otherwise contacts that imported to phone memory from sim card are shows as sim contacts. But actually hey are not sim contacts. They are sim contacts

Try clearing data&colon; Settings--Apps--All--Contacts--Clear data, and also Contacts storage--Clear data. Before that make sure you have a backup of all your contacts. Then reboot and import contacts to your phone afresh. Now try Filter in menu.

doesn't work still after doing all the things,are there any other apps instead of it.

There are apps to manage contacts in Play store, but I haven't tried them personally. You may do an Internet search to find some popular ones, and try them. Or you could try a repair of your firmware using Sony Update Service.
