I believe Symbian will have dedicated COM ports for these things.       <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Either follow this thread&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A class="jive-link-message-small" href="http://talk.sonyericsson.com/message/2182#2182" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer"&gt;http://talk.sonyericsson.com/message/2182#2182&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;or&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;To fix the assistance data:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;press Red Green Red Red Green Rred.&amp;nbsp; (Note two reds in the middle)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Go to "Service tests " option&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Go to "GPS" option (oh, the list isn't alphabetically sorted)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Select "Purge Assistance data".&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This made mine seem alot more sensitive and pick signals up very quickly&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It should help&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
