a real problem!

i face bad problem

400mg of my internal storage is gone!!!

device show 400mg higher than free space pc show

beside of this i have only 150-160 ram free space since my last sw update(finally i update it this morning!!)

what is wrong??what is should do??

What is the total memory showing

What update are you running

If all else fails restore the phone

free space have 400mg Difference between phone and pc...i clean some data..add some data..diffrence is same!

for examle now i have 2.5gb free shown on phone but pc show 2.1gb

and ram used is mostly higher than 550mb after update...before of update i have 300m free ram..now just 150!

most of apps state that shown on apps display are changing to restarting...they run some time..and then change to restarting...this one is also happend after update!

Yes, the newer update does consume more ram, for the extra storage however use, a file explorer to see which files are using teh most amount of storage and move them to the sd card

Try going to settings-apps-all-media storage,clear data and restart the phone.This refreshes memory counting.

even PC companian coudnt open my phone!

factory reset!!

solve them all:smileysmileywink:

but i dont why my phone get in that problem so i can prevenet from future problem
