Hi Sony

I have recently upgraded my Xperia Arc S under the advisment of the Sony Companion.

I went from Android 2.2 to Android 4.0.4.

This upgrade has rendered my phone unusable.

Please advise on how to reverse the upgrade.

The phone is now so slow that nothing can be done. E.g I get a phone call, so I slide the slider tyo answer and it takes so long to process that the call goes to voicemail.

I can not use the phone like this. It is now out of warranty, however the fault lies with the upgrade that was advised by Sony. So please advise how to reverse this.

You have 2 options to downgrade your phone

1. Take it to a Sony repair center

or

2. Use flashtool to do so
