Hi and welcome to the community! Since you're new please be sure that you have checked out our Discussion guidelines.

Well, as I don't know what the requirements of the car system is, it's hard for me to say if there is something wrong or if they are not compatible. Your previous phones might have had support for some bluetooth profile that the E1 doesn't.

Xperia E1 supports the following bluetooth profiles:

Advanced Audio Distribution Profile v1.2
Audio/Video Remote Control Profile v1.3
Generic Attribute Profile Client/Server over LE
Handsfree Profile v1.6 (Wide band speech)
Headset Profile v1.2
Object Push Profile v1.1
Personal Area Networking Profile v1.0
Phone Book Access Profile
FTP v1.1 (server role)

this topic may be closed :

after many searches on the web and after contact with my car dealer i have detected the cause why the Sony doesn't work properly with my bluetooth carset : with every smartfone(or gsm) with bluetooth 2.1 i tryed out , the carset works alright !.

the Acer Z3 ( he worked but disconnected every time) was with Bluetooth version 3.0 and the Sony Xperia has version 4.0.

i had the opportunity in the shop to change the Sony for a Smartfone with Bluetooth 2.1 (Huawei Y300) and it works great now.

once more thanks to Samuel !.

Kind regards,

Arnold.
