Phone keeps restarting

Hey, guys I need some help here. Please, I need it so bad.

I bought my Xperia Z1 Compact about a month ago, and today when I was updating my apps suddenly it turned off. Then, I turn it on again but it keeps restarting after it showed the Sony Logo. As same that it did when I tried to charge it plus the red LED blinking. So I decided to hard restart it using the PC Companion through the update software menu. After following the instructions, I turned on my phone and it keeps restarting after showing the Sony Logo. I did the hard restart using PC companion several times. But, it keeps restarting after showing the Sony Logo.

And now, when I press the power button, it only vibrate and not showing anything on the screen. When I tried to charge it, the red LED keeps blinking over and won't charge.

I need your help, I don;t know what I must do now. So please, help me.

You need to perform a system repair however this will factory reset your phone - There is no other way to do it

Switch off your phone and unplug from Pc (Hold volume up and power for around 10 seconds)
Start PC Companion and select Support zone then Update my phone/tablet then in Blue Repair my phone/tablet and follow the onscreen instructions - When prompted connect your phone still switched off holding volume down or back button - This should start the repair or reformat process

If you are using Windows 8/8.1 or a 64bit operating system then adjust the settings for PC Companion and run in compatibility mode and chose Windows 7 or XP

I did that almost 4 times, but It didn't wok. My battery is about 30-40% and it can't be charged

If your battery can't be charged which I'd like to know why then you need to either return your device to the place of purchase or contact Xperia care and ask that it be inspected http://www.sonymobile.com/global-en/support/contact-us/

If the LED just blinks then that may indicate an issue with your battery or phone so as above either return your device to the place of purchase or contact Xperia care http://www.sonymobile.com/global-en/support/contact-us/

Apart from making sure the power supply and USB cable are working correctly then no sorry
